The celebration of #art #indieshortfilms and #music is THIS WEEKEND at Annex Gallery 333 Midland Street in Highland Park, Michigan.The party starts Friday night with Straight Ahead Trio featuring #MarionHayden @gayelynnmckinney and #AlinaMorr.Short films begin Saturday at 1pm with @seanblackman_intransit featuring @steveongtr and #LarryFrantangello performing in between film blocks.My band rocks the Saturday night party starting at 7pm. Music and film continue on Sunday at 1:30pm with The Turner Sisters providing some acapella gospel in between short film blocks. Come celebrate with us!! : @mgnader

I am so tired of people policing her words (and other WOC), targeting her for political gain and demonizing our faith. @ilhanmn’s strong, and her voice brings tears of hope to so many Americans of all backgrounds. She represents what is good in our country, what is possible and no attack on her (from the President himself to right wing extremists) should silence our support of her. #IStandwithIlhan
