The Black Panther Party for Self Defense was founded 50 years ago this October. Their first order of business was to initiate ARMED patrols in the African American community of Oakland, California in an effort to protect US CITIZENS from brutality and excessive force by THE POLICE. 50 years later we are still being murdered in COLD BLOOD in the streets. Where is the progress, America? Are we back to a state where we need to patrol our own communities again to protect each other from those who are sworn to serve and protect US?? #BlackPantherParty #BlueLights
